BG/H/W Hockey Club is comprised of hockey players representing Buffalo Grove, Hersey, and Wheeling High Schools. Otherwise known as "Stampede." 

Our hockey club competes in the IHSHL North-Central Division, the largest and most competitive high school hockey division in Illinois. 

The BG/H/W Hockey Club prides itself in continuing to develop its players throughout their high school hockey career to nurture a life-long passion for hockey and culture of excellence. BG/H/W has developed 17 All-State players over the past decade and have had numerous players go on to have opportunities to play after high school. We provide the structure, organization, and opportunities for players to develop athletic, social, and leadership skills through the game of hockey. 

BG/H/W has been the one of the top high school organizations in Illinois on and off the ice over the past decade. Multiple championships, individual accomplishments, and an organization commitment to give back to the community through fundraising and volunteering. 

The purpose of the BG/H/W Hockey Program is to provide student-athletes with an instructional, competitive, and enjoyable high school hockey experience. At the Varsity level, our goal is to compete and win at the highest level of high school hockey with the goal of winning the state tournament. At the JV level, our goal is to prepare players to compete at the Varsity level.
